Terms of Service

BilNow is operated by Nature Biozyme Sdn Bhd, a company registered in Malaysia (“BilNow”, “we”, “us”). BilNow is a billing service for businesses in Malaysia. You send instructions on WhatsApp or use the web dashboard, and BilNow prepares invoices, quotations, cash sales, delivery orders, credit and debit notes, receipts, statements and reports for your business (“Documents”).

BilNow is a tool. You remain the issuer of every Document. BilNow is not an accountant, tax agent or legal adviser, and does not file anything with any authority on your behalf.

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.
• One account is one company. The person who signs up is the owner and may add admins and salespeople. You are responsible for everyone you add and for what they do in BilNow.
• Keep your password, PIN and WhatsApp number secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
• The details you give (company name, SSM number, SST number, bank details, addresses) appear on your Documents. Keep them accurate.

BilNow works through a WhatsApp number that we operate. You link your own WhatsApp number to your account with a pairing code. Messages you send to the BilNow number are processed to carry out your instructions.

• WhatsApp is provided by Meta under its own terms. We do not control WhatsApp and cannot guarantee delivery or uptime of WhatsApp itself.
• Documents are sent to your customers from the BilNow number or through links you share from your own number. Make sure your customers are willing to receive them.
• We may change the BilNow number or move you to a backup number to keep the service running. We will tell you when that happens.

• Your customers, products, Documents and payments belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
• Document numbers run in sequence and issued Documents are never deleted, only cancelled or revised. This keeps your records usable for audit and tax.
• You can export everything at any time from the Accounting page in formats that import into common accounting software.
• We keep your data for as long as your account exists and for a further period after closure so you can still download it (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping copies that satisfy your own record-keeping obligations, which in Malaysia is normally seven years.

• The Free plan has limits shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in Ringgit Malaysia through our payment provider.
• Prices exclude SST unless stated. If SST applies we will show it before you pay.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless you choose that option. When a paid period ends without renewal, your account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted; features above the Free limits pause until you renew.
• Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it or where we failed to provide the service for a substantial part of the paid period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.

You agree not to use BilNow to:

• issue Documents that are false, misleading or for goods or services you did not supply;
• send unsolicited or bulk marketing messages, or any message that breaks WhatsApp’s terms;
• upload content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful, or that contains other people’s personal data you have no right to use;
• interfere with the service, probe its security or access another business’s data;
• resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section, after warning you where it is reasonable to do so.

BilNow uses artificial intelligence to understand your messages, voice notes and photos, and to draft Documents. The assistant can misread a quantity, a name or a price. Every Document is shown to you for confirmation before it is issued, and you are responsible for checking it. We are not liable for errors in a Document you confirmed.

We aim to keep BilNow available at all times but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, provider outages and WhatsApp changes can interrupt the service. Support is through the contact page and the dashboard, during Malaysian business hours.

• BilNow is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data that you could have exported, or any loss arising from WhatsApp, your internet connection or your own device.
• Our total liability to you for any claim in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or RM100 if you paid nothing.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

• You can close your account at any time from Settings or by writing to us through the contact page. Export your data first.
• We may close an account that has breached these terms, that has been inactive on the Free plan for 12 months, or if we stop offering the service. We will give at least 30 days’ notice where we can, so you can export your data.
• Sections 4, 9 and 12 survive the end of the agreement.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell you by email or on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect and ask you to accept them again. Continuing to use BilNow after that date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Malaysia. Questions about these terms: use the contact page.

• BilNow ialah alat untuk menyediakan invois, sebut harga, jualan tunai, DO, nota kredit dan penyata melalui WhatsApp dan papan pemuka web. Anda kekal sebagai pengeluar setiap dokumen dan bertanggungjawab menyemaknya sebelum disahkan.
• Satu akaun untuk satu syarikat. Pemilik bertanggungjawab ke atas semua pengguna yang ditambah.
• Data pelanggan, produk dan dokumen adalah milik anda dan boleh dieksport pada bila-bila masa. Dokumen yang telah dikeluarkan tidak dipadam, hanya dibatalkan atau disemak semula.
• Pelan Percuma mempunyai had. Pelan berbayar dibil dalam Ringgit Malaysia dan tidak dikembalikan kecuali dikehendaki oleh undang-undang.
• Jangan gunakan BilNow untuk dokumen palsu, mesej pukal tanpa kebenaran, atau apa-apa yang melanggar syarat WhatsApp.
• Liabiliti kami terhad kepada yuran yang anda bayar dalam tempoh 12 bulan. Terma ini tertakluk kepada undang-undang Malaysia.
