Questions about paying
What counts as a document?+
Every quotation, invoice, cash sale, delivery order, receipt, credit note, debit note, proforma, sales order and statement you issue. Previews, edits and re-sends do not count. Cancelled documents still count because the number is used.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?+
The clerk tells you how many you have used and stops issuing new documents until the first of next month or until you upgrade. Nothing already issued is affected and the dashboard keeps working.
Can I change plan later?+
Yes. Upgrade from Settings any time; you pay the new plan and it starts immediately. If you are already on a running plan the new period is added from your current expiry, so no days are lost. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.
How do I pay?+
By FPX online banking, credit or debit card, or e-wallet through Billplz. No card details are stored by BilNow. Monthly and yearly are both prepaid; yearly costs ten months.
Is there a contract?+
No. Monthly plans run for 30 days and simply expire if you do not renew. Your data stays on the free plan and can be exported at any time.
Are prices inclusive of SST?+
Prices shown are before SST. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
Do I pay extra for AI or WhatsApp messages?+
No. Voice notes, photo reading and every message are included in the plan price. There is no per-message charge.
Extra team members?+
Plans that allow extra users charge a flat amount per extra user per month, shown on the card. The owner adds people from Team settings and the charge is added at the next renewal.
